@@Steph-v6c hey thanks for watching and yes there is a room on both sides. However the hedges surrounding the pool provides enough privacy from each room and trust it is private enough for you to do what ever you like in privacy.

Hey thanks for checking us out. Honestly you cannot go wrong with either choice but in my opinion excellence is a far better overall resort. But riviera Cancun has better food. So if you are basing it solely on food go to Cancun but if you’re looking for better atmosphere and amazing drinks I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend trying Excellence out especially if this is a romantic type of getaway for you. Hey their room was called suite with pool & deck it’s located towards the rear of the resort so it’s pretty quite and private. Hope this helps.

Hey I believe it should be available to everyone. while we were there we didn’t encounter menus that were limited to only certain guests but I honestly don’t eat sea food so it wasn’t something I was personally looking for.

I do highly recommend asking for private transport this way you can go and come as you please if you ride the bus that picks up at the resort excellence is the last hotel so it’s about a 2 hour transfer don’t waste 2 hours spend that time at the beach 😁

But I honestly preferred our room. Because of the lay out of the room just seemed like more of a vibe. Cheers

So to get to and from the airport we used an app called “get transfers” but to the restaurants and so forth we used taxis set up by the hotel.

Hey thanks for watching… if you have ever experienced a swim up room at a different resort try something different… when you want to be around larger crowds you can always just go to the main pool and then when you want your privacy can have just that. Either way you cannot go wrong and you will have a blast.

Great question! no actually it’s pretty close I would say it’s about a 5-6 min walk to main pool so you are not far from the fun. But have the privacy when you want it.

Hey family this was back in April so the earlier part of the year. I have seen the advisory as well and I believe you will be ok as long as you are staying at a resort and not like a private residence like a airbnb. I am sure you guys will have a blast the resort is awesome and peaceful.
